Hello, I’m Noreen Keegan Kavanagh, I’d be thrilled to be part of your journey.

I’m an Independent Celebrant based in Blessington, Co. Wicklow. Originally from Ballyhaunis, Co. Mayo, I’ve called Blessington home for the past 23 years. I’m married to Paul, my wonderful partner of 32 years, and together we have two children and three beautiful granddaughters who bring endless joy to our lives.

With a 27-year career in the same organisation, I’ve held diverse roles. These experiences have enriched my journey and fueled my passion for connecting with and empowering others. I am a community person at heart and a long-standing member of Blessington GAA and Blessington Tidy Towns and I was honoured to receive the Community Person of the Year.

As a celebrant, I bring warmth, joy, and 100% commitment to every ceremony I perform.
